Payment security
Check your payment instructions before you transfer funds. Receiving details can differ between payments, so this page explains how to confirm what applies to your own payment reference.
Verifying Payment Instructions
Saintly Pacific West administers payments on behalf of client organisations and may work with authorised payment agents, banking partners and payment service providers. The account name, account number, sort code and receiving institution can therefore vary between payments and between client organisations.
Always verify the latest instructions associated with your specific payment reference, and use only those instructions for that payment. Check the beneficiary name, the account details and the payment reference before you send anything.
Payment details supplied through an unexpected email, text message, social-media message or other unofficial communication should not be used. Confirm them with us first using the official contact details published on this website.
Never assume that previously used bank details remain valid. Always verify current payment instructions before transferring funds.
