The name shown on your bank statement or payment screen may therefore not be ‘Saintly Pacific West.’ A payment may instead be directed to an authorised payment agent, banking partner or payment service provider acting in connection with the applicable payment arrangement.
Always use the payment details provided for your specific payment. Do not assume that bank details supplied for a previous payment remain valid for a later payment.

For security and payment-processing purposes, individual transactions are generally subject to a transaction limit of $50,000, depending on the applicable payment method and payment arrangement.
Where the amount due exceeds the applicable transaction limit, the payment may need to be processed through an alternative arrangement, or in accordance with instructions provided by our payment team. Larger payments may require prior arrangement, verification or an alternative payment method.
